About

Seniorfull-stackengineer

I’m Param, a full-stack engineer based in Fort Worth, Texas. Over nine years, I’ve built airline refund tools, booking experiences, wildfire maps, and patient-monitoring interfaces. That work has shaped how I build: make complex rules understandable and keep the whole system reliable.I’m now bringing that experience into Pitchtrue, an independent product I’m building from the interface through the AI workflow and backend services.

THE DETAILS
MATTER

Airline refunds, booking engines, wildfire maps, and ICU monitors. Different domains, the same responsibility: build an interface people can trust when the stakes are real.

    Modernize without stopping the work

Rebuilt a 30-year mainframe refund system into 20 services on Azure. Both platforms processed live refunds during the cutover. The new platform automated 93% of refunds on day one.

Make the busiest journey feel simple

Led the React and TypeScript rebuild of booking, fares, baggage, seat selection, and checkout. Shared components and end-to-end contracts made the whole booking journey easier to maintain.

Turn complex data into a clear next step

Built the Community Wildfire Safety Map with React, D3, and ESRI. Address and county searches helped communities understand local wildfire risk and grid mitigation projects.

Build for the moments that count

Built the clinical viewer for continuous wearable patient monitoring. WebSocket recovery, Canvas waveforms, and careful UI data handling kept the focus on reliable patient information.

AI WITH
GUARDRAILS

The last year has focused on production AI: retrieval, prompt orchestration, hallucination guardrails, and real-time streaming. Pitchtrue brings those pieces together while keeping résumé facts grounded.

Three rules that
guide the work

Make complexity legible

From refund rules to wildfire data, the interface should help people make the next decision with confidence.

Design for the difficult day

Production systems have deadlines, edge cases, and consequences. I build for all three.

Connect the whole system

React and TypeScript up front, Java and Node behind it, with a clear path from data to action.

THE WHOLE
SYSTEM

React, Angular, and TypeScript on the front end. Java, Spring Boot, and Node on the back end. Azure and AWS underneath. A clear contract between every part.
